    Angeles Cucchi

    Angie completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Public Relations at the Palermo University in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Prior to Joning E7, she worked as a Leader of Auditors for the Microsoft Outlook Mobile Support department. Angie joined E7 as an Administrator, Project Manager and Researcher.

    Butler Eaton

    Butler Eaton is a Co-Founder of E7 Investments. Before joining E7, he was an associate in the Tax and Business Planning Practice Group of Haynes and Boone, LLP.

     

    Mr. Eaton completed his undergraduate work, received his Masters of Taxation and law degree from Baylor University. Mr. Eaton has been admitted to practice law in the states of Arkansas and Texas.

    Paul Eaton

    Paul Eaton is a Co-Founder of E7 Investments. Prior to E7, Mr. Eaton was managing director of the real estate group at Lake Hamilton Enterprises, Inc. In addition to leading the real estate group, Mr. Eaton was a banking group board director.

     

    Mr. Eaton completed his undergraduate work at Baylor University, received his law degree from Notre Dame University, and Masters of Science in Real Estate Development from New York University. Mr. Eaton has been admitted to practice law in the states of Arkansas, Colorado, New York, and Texas.

    Jesse Foote

    Jesse Foote develops new business opportunities for E7, including identifying commercial real estate acquisition and development opportunities and providing services to participants in the retail energy market. Before E7, Mr. Foote worked as a market research consultant for Navigant, providing insights to corporate clients on the factors influencing their markets. He has also worked extensively in the green building industry and has helped start three non-profit organizations.

    Mr. Foote completed his undergraduate work in engineering at Dartmouth College.

    Scott Guy

    As E7 Investments Construction Manager, Scott leverages over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Most recently he assisted with the development of a 100+ acre residential and commercial project in Texas. His background includes working as a construction manager for a multi-family asset management group that had an $18 million per year budget for renovations and capital improvements. He has experience in remodeling and ground-up projects and has a working knowledge of building codes and industry standards. He has a technical insight into the building process that has allowed him to be a construction defect consultant for numerous bonding companies.

     

    As Construction Manager, Scott has overseen budget creation, created project schedules, written trade-specific scopes of work, supervised capital improvements, and ensured quality control. His experiences and diverse background spans across projects in the residential, commercial, and multi-family industries.

    Paul Honeysuckle

    Mr. Honeysuckle oversees the management and coordination of all capital budgets, financial reporting, and banking relationships of E7 Investments. Additionally, Mr. Honeysuckle is in charge of purchasing and payroll activity for all staff as well as vendors. Mr. Honeysuckle manages accounts payable, business insurance plans as well as oversees maintenance and inventory of all fixed assets.

     

    Mr. Honeysuckle completed his undergraduate work in accounting at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is a Certified Public Accountant.

    Maryon Suzuki

    Maryon graduated from UniSociesc with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Before joining E7, Maryon was a head chemist at a galvanizing facility. At E7, Maryon manages our data analytics and programming tasks.

    Julian Valdez

    Julian graduated from Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon (UANL) with a degree in Business Administration. He has a background in business-to-business sales. At E7, Julian’s leads the sourcing of off-market acquisitions.
